Bijou Homes situated at Appolonia City in Oyibi is a 2,325-acre (941-hectare) mixed-use and mixed-income urban development in the Greater Accra Metropolitan area. The project, Appolonia 100, in partnership with Rendeavour, is a 2,000-unit affordable housing project financed by Ghana Home Loans.
The multi-million-dollar pilot project on six acres of land will hold a community of 100 semi-detached, detached and terraced units.

The Asuogyaman district hospital is a 60-bed ultramodern hospital facility located at Apegusu in the Eastern Region. The project forms part of the Agenda 111 hospital projects, considered to be the biggest healthcare investment in Ghana, and is fronted by the Government of Ghana and the Ministry of Health (MOH).
